Earnings will probably be mildly disappointing given the guarded comments recently
made by management. That's why the stock backed down from nearly $10 and
won't do anything much until earnings are out(or whispered).

One the face of it...these are very presumptuous assumptions. The key word would be "mild" disapointment from estimate. What statements exactly? Everyone knows why the stock fell back in July from 40/20
and this quarter of decay because of coming shortfall. Yes stocks do get hit again when the actual forecast comes true. That's why I buy on every dip. The current price has the current earnings displeasure overly factored in. IMO

This company has an excellent product and will most likely be bought out at a higher price than today's close.
