I recommend Brown & Co because you can trade either on line
or by calling a broker. I buy stocks, so I don't know their
option commissions off the top, but you can buy stock at
the market for $5 and at your price for $10 when talking to
a broker (order taker). On-line is the same or less.

I know they have on-line trading but I don't use it.
My preference is to know the execution price immediately,
and from a person on a recorded line. You know where you
are that way - no mistakes.
