They may have more of a different element in the first two runs. Also, I deleted parts of this to aid in the comfort level discussion tonite and also ask you folks to think about the list of undeclarred and declarred producers ramping up toward daily production: I wrote this : Last scraped first! Chuca to Mike print and take with you to the Mill - Hell they can see the power plant from that area almost! Chuca PS- Mike Ron is talking of that Barrel we saw go in on a Pickup Truck in May...a sprung one at his work at a Nuke Plant south of the Hassey Ore Pile!

Just got home a few minutes ago, working days next two also. You are free to post anything I message to you unless for some reason (that I can't imagine) I would ask you not to. Don't know what I could add on the current take to enhance what is already known or even make most feel better about this recent confusing news, Regards, Ron To: Chuca Marsh (who wrote...) WOW...resin...Ron, don't post...but I became friends so to speak with support from Mike McKay who is... (sic)...Well, I talked with him today, and he is going down to talk "production phsyc" with all the mill folks...would you terribly mind if I scraped both of these messages to him...I know you work in the Nuclear Power Plants nearby but this is exactly the theme that he will be STRESSING...quality not QUANTITY in terms of meeting a goal of weekly ledger outputs at all costs! This example will tell the troops how a local guy like you has seen what can happen not due to any defect of Risk Management ..but by ...serendipity...defensive driving at the Mill so to speak...a stitch in time saves nine....as the Chinese Painter told me on my first real job in High School rehabing houses: Don't use so much paint...detail the wood around the panes of glass...don't plan on scrapping the paint off the glass..." and If you were building a railroad it would be like placing more ties than what was needed"... Waste not want not...Yankee Thrift: wear it out -use it up - or make do! Chuca To: Chuca Marsh From: Ron Wilkinson Wednesday, Sep 23 1998 10:23PM ET
I really hate it when I'm this dumb Chuck, but the other night at work part of my turn over was that one of the BLACK barrels on one end of the 140' level of the turbine building (directly above our massive demineralizers) was leaking to the hundred ' level. When they investigated they discovered one of the SPENT RESIN storage barrels had sprung a leak at the bottom seam. Waking me from my advanced age stupor I realized that the black barrel we saw in the back of the pickup could also (besides being liquid copper) have been resin. Regards, Ron Chuca |
