Jim, it goes far beyond that issue! About 6 years ago I noted to Knowledgeable individual that I was surprised that the market was going up in December. He noted that Fidelity was buying BIG for their personal account, and would then sell the shares to the mutual funds in January when the market was up. It really goes back to whose interests are being served. The sheep assume the mutual funds and brokerage houses are on their side, which is far from reality. Berney
