("Is the use of "Tilt-up" with metal roof construction common in the Industrial Warehouse market" etc), are you an architecht?

Thanks for the information Leonardo. I will research it further.

Tilt up (concrete) construction is the best there is for Warehouses, since the time to finish is relatively quick. In addition, they are very solid in their construction, resist a lot of punishment, maintenance is low, and last forever, (bar earthquakes).

The metal roof construction (as opposed to flat roof composition), are ideal and again low maintenance roofs. Leaks are NOT common, and when they appear, they are easy to fix. (there are also "coatings" than can solve the leak problems for years, a bit expensive).

Flat roofs are a maintenance nightmare.

Argentina may be a good place for these type of buildings, particularly if there are a lot of demand for either warehouse/distribution space, or smaller, "multi-tenant" type of space, i.e. "incubator businesses"

As for being an architect.... I can not even draw a straight line... so no Architect here.

I just like warehouses.

Z.
