The following item will be published Monday morning at
wbn.com announcing a soon to be available
institutional analysis:

* Premier Laser (PLSAE NASDAQ): In the Final Analysis It's
the Big Idea That Counts and the Products Behind It

WBN is in the final stages of activating an Institutional
Analysis of Premier Laser at WBN-PLSAE. This has been
about as rocky a story over the past six months as you'd want
to know as will be detailed in the report. The stock continues
to be restricted from trading by NASDAQ which is expected to
be lifted shortly. In the final analysis it will be the big idea --
the paradigm shift to laser technology in dentistry -- and the
products behind that idea that will determine the future of the
company and the stock. Wbn.com Daily will announce when
the full report is ready for viewing. Meanwhile, a summation:

"Premier is a big investment idea driven by a paradigm shift underway in dental technology. It is the leader in the
application of lasers to entistry which WBN estimates will
become the technology of choice for 10% of U.S. dentists within three years requiring equipment purchases of several hundreds
of $millions and for 30% of U.S. dentists within 5 to 7 years.
WBN projects the Company will maintain a minimum 60% share of a $200mm market over the next three years, dropping to 30-40% over
the succeeding three years as industry sales expand to
$500mm+ annually and competition enters the market as is inevitable.

"Since 1991 the Company has developed more than 20 lasers
encompassing 9 wavelengths. Important innovations are the first
laser to replace the dental drill, the first diode laser in dentistry, the first laser for cataract emulsification, the
first Erbium:YAG for ablation of skin and the first laser in clinical trials for tissue molding. Lasers are now used by dentists for four classes of procedures: (1) hard tissue
(teeth), (2) soft tissue (gums), (3) light-curing of composite
material for fillings, and (4) teeth whitening."
