i have been in the brokerage industry on the technology side. i provided
the systems for brokers from citibank, efhutton, shearson, lemhan, and the
like. so i have played the market many times. a reverse stock split
definitely hurts the stock, i am a chartist, take a look at any stock
that did a reverse and you will see a decline in price to new lower levels
far below what is was a a full share quantity prior to its reverse.
it is a psychological thing. for those holding shares of 10k or 100k
they are now holding 10 less or 15:1 less. therefore it takes more
rise to get to the dollar value they invisioned they would make. Yet on
the other hand people how hold the stock will see it go down because
everyone else who plays the stock sees the value low and therefore
hammer the new price to new lows, because they are used to seeing the
stock around that low ratio range. do some research and you will see
99% of the time a reverse without support is very bad. look now there
is no support now just imagine a reverse. we will be paying advr to hold
the stock -$4.00 per share.

rick
