James,

I too am bored with the Dell discussion, let time decide who was right.

One area I am currently spending some time on is the pharmaceutical industry. Although they have had great runs lately, I think that with some pull-back they might become buys. The reason? I have been quite surprised at the persistent growth in prescription drug sales. Secondly, it seems that the era of cost cutting in health care is coming to an end as more and more groups are making a stand against it, including many in Congress. Although this may have negative implications for inflation, it is certainly a plus for drug companies. I also feel that despite recent events abroad that the rest of the world will provide growth for U.S. drug companies, which are the best in the world. I'll let you know what I find out if you are interested. Any thoughts from the thread?

-Robert
