carl, excellent analysis. the only thing i might add is that intel may become mu's sugar daddy (boy would that be some big bucks) and agree to finance or even buy those losses. deteriorate the balance sheet (modern day investors don't know what one is) and increase those reported eps (hey, cnbs knows what they are ;-) now, please explain this to david. he doesn't understand yet. seriously.
