Could be... I had exactly that thought, Ken. With I, Jim Kay and others calling him, I am sure he was getting annoyed. I don't agree that there is only ONE interpretation, Slate (you all have to understand that Slate is heavy into WAVX <g.>). Maybe he just found a better paying job with better stock options! Or maybe the new management at TSQD does not get along well with Jeff. Or yes, maybe there is something crummy about the books. But the balance sheet doesn't seem to show any inflated assets. Boy, I wish there WERE inflated assets. DocStone
