Too elaborate alittle more on Mr. Wong and Ms. Johnson.

Mr. Wong is currently the Director of Channel Development for Active
Security at Network Associates, Inc. responsible for the creation of
a channel to adopt and support an entirely new active security
infrastructure, merger and acquisition opportunities and the analysis
of potential technologies. He is responsible for due diligence investigations,
initial negotiations, transition and completion of mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Wong found Secure Networks INC in July 1996 and sold the company
to Network Associates for US $25 million. Earlier this summer Network Associates
merged with Trusted Information Systems. Trusted Information developed Gauntlet firewall.
This program has receive several national awards. Since merger the company's
newGauntlet Active Firewall suite is the first product offering a market leading
firewall, virus security, and intrusion protection. Network Associates is
very aggressive in merger and aquisitions. By Mr. Wong joining the
Jaws board of directors is validation of the Jaws technology.
