I am new to this thread, I have a quick question to anyone... Are all triple top breakouts bullish? And what constitutes a break out? A solid 1 pt move above the top? I am long RMBS and it looks like it could be hitting a triple top breakout coupled with some positive news from the potential INTC investment in MU. TIA, MileHigh
