Scumbria - Re: "slow down Winstone because of extra clocks for snooping." Bus snooping is used by one CPU to "watch" bus activity in a Multi-CPU system - to maintain cache coherency. Why would a single processor snoop its own bus - unless it wasn't aware of what it was doing ? Paul
