Matt: It would appear that the sellers according to Cramer were those who were flipping out because no takeover announced before the end of the week. However these kinds of announcements usually take place over the weekend and actually one would expect them to come in on a Friday which they apparently did late in the day. My guess is that the flippers are in and so are the value folks like Cramer and you and me. JFD
