From what I know about the IRS... they are not exactly the most generous guys in the world.

The "income tax benefit of $95,874 which reduced the loss" confuses me. I find it hard to believe that the IRS, knowing that FAMH owed them hundreds of thousands of dollars, cut them a check of $95,000. This looks like theoretical money to me.

Share buyback was pure hype...they had no cash... shocking.

And why go through the trouble of issuing 3,300 shares. These statements still look weird to me. Then again, I'm no accountant. Comments?
