Maxam doesn't need IPM's fire assay, IMO if they had listened to Maxam in the first place, IPM probably would still be trading on NASDAQ and be a $10+ stock. BRX will not revert to Maxam, but rather the private company Phoenix. Maxam now has the low cost technology to properly map BRX, something IPM couldn't do without expensive drill programs (see Maxam webpage technology section). At some point a desert dirt will be mined successfully, even if just a demonstration mine. When that occurs all the speculation for a desert dirt land rush will become realized. Tested properties will be the first out of the chute to be sold to majors. BRX should bring billions, not thousands. It will occur, timing is the only issue.
