Jens, I have read News Releases that show agreements or intentions regarding mortgage money with different 'nations'. It looks like a lot of ground work has been done for future building. I bought ARET at .024 so I am down quite a lot from that. Do you know if there are any contracts, quotes or on-going income producing work at this time? I don't mind waiting for awhile but I don't really want to wait until next spring or longer. It will help me to decide whether to take my year end tax loss early and move on or hang out for the up coming increase in value. Any facts and comments appreciated. Thanks, Roger
