Michael, don't get me wrong, while I would like to own stock in the company that owns BRX just for the dirt I can understand why others may find other value there. Maybe we'll even get Lew Green posting again? At some point in the future I could see Maxam spinning off IPM as an LLC dividend to shareholders and be allowed to swim on it's own again with its own stock. The current issue is to save IPM for current IPM shareholders and to maximize value for both IPM and MXAM shareholders.
