ARI - I noticed that and thought it odd as they were far and away the largest sellers earlier at the higher prices in the profit area but I would think that these would be losses.

I have a spreadsheet where I have the house totals for every month since AZX started and I will see if I can find it, and update it to figure out the "supposed" net positions
