Perhaps some of those folks have been locking-in their profits in advance in order to preempt the anticipated selling when the deal finally closes on the 28th. It is interesting however that Quantum authorized a buyback of up to 14 million shares of its common to help offset dilution from the ATL deal. Perhaps we'll see some interesting trading activity (and opportunities) in a few weeks. Regards - Dale
