You make some excellent points however I pay allot of attention to volume as I feel it can tell more than price many times. Volume has been decreasing the last few weeks while prices were climbing. This changed during the last week on this rally and I took this as a possible sign that the rally was real. (Note - DELL's rise was all on low volume, around half, until the last couple of days. Then on Friday when many of the stocks I watch started reaching prices from the big drop (where people could get out even), the prices dropped or churned and volume skyrocketed. I think that many are just trying to get out even to go back to the side lines. I almost made and entry on many of my long picks Friday. Maybe I should have, maybe I shouldn't. I still have mixed signals on many of them. I guess it all just boils down to your risk tolerance.

Good Luck

Lee
