Unless GBIT is in discussions with IGHS, it's more than a little weird that GBIT hasn't responded to a takeover offer made over a week ago, even if it was just a ruse to get Global's price over 1 to set the Nasdaq delisting clock back to zero. All they had to say was "Puhleeeeze!" and that would have been that.
