Michael, I have to disagree on this one.If IPM had good management or cash or goodwill you might have a case,but IPM has none of those.They have nothing to offer maxam except the dirt.In addition I don't know what value the north portion of IPM has do you?Maxam would be best served if IPM had a white knight with lots of cash,but that's not likely.
