Pat,

I used .10 per ton-mile. Trucks using state and federal roads are limited ot a payload of about 25 tons, therefore, it works out to $2.50 per mile. Since they are blasting they probably have two crushers, something like a jaw crusher to take the 2' to 4' material from blasting and probably a cone to do the final sizing. They would also have to have one or two screening plants to control the size of the final product.
