Stan, I'm using the daily charts from DWA and I do not have their permission to duplicate them although others on this site might. Yesterday, RMBS clearly had a double top buy signal at 65 after recently braking the bearish resistance line. A double top buy signal consists of three columns of X's and O's with the last column of X's exceeding the previous column of X's. A triple top buy signal consists of five columns. To change columns requires at least a 3-point move in the opposite direction.

From the chart you used, a triple top buy signal was not given. It appears that both triple tops in your example simply met resistance.
