First there is no need to put the same message both on SI and Yahoo since anyone interested reads both threads. Second there was no "partnership" lost. It appears that a client of a partner (Mantech, CACI etc.), changed its mind and did not want to use UNICAST. IAI decided that by being hardnosed and insisting that there were no returns they would ruin their relationship with the partner, so the money was refunded.

The problem has been that large companies have done their remediation in house and even those with CA specialty languages did not come to CA for help. Whatever remediation business there still exists is in smaller companies and overseas. Sandy, IMO, realizes this and has changed focus accordingly.
