The true driving force behind compliance are the state regulations and the agencies they have in place....some states have excellent and above EPA standards while others lag behind. Which ever standard is higher, EPA or state is what the property owner has to comply with. I'm a bit disappointed that I did not receive my packet in the mail yet from the company....and, yes...the number you had listed was the fax number....so we sent a request in by fax for some company information. You have done such an excellent job of providing accurate information that I am finding it difficult in waiting for the company information to arrive. Thus far, I cannot detect any deception on your part in reporting information about the industry as a whole...but, I still have hesitation in the industry as a whole..to which I've already explained. I do read your investright thread regularly now...very little hype and quite informative....thank you for informing me of it's existence...in fact I have a few picks I wouldn't mind your opinion on... colleen
