Most of us know doggone well that Clinton is about as corrupt as a politician can get..

Possibly. But the point I raised was whether it was a "fact" that Clinton had Vince Foster killed. Starr's conclusion was that Foster had killed himself. (For this Starr was denounced as a "wuss" in some quarters.) So the charge of murder in this case is an unproven allegation. If it is ever proven, it will become a "fact."
