ZP Not all posts would be incorporated in a list. Exactly...... I would think the primary use for the index is retrival of previously discussed info on specific topics. Trying to index all posts is not needed. Posts with multi-faceted information should be deal with as you have been doing (placed in all pertinent folders.) Toms Hardware Message boards are based on a folder within folder idea which could be used for example. Clarence
