Very interesting posts: Has anyone researched the following thoughts? Whe did AMZN elect to borrow rather than issue secondary underwriting to raise capital? Could disclosure requirements be the reason? Do you think insiders know that Barnes and Noble is on their case and the free run days are coming to an end?
