What does Lucent need?. Technology and International distribution and exposure. Technology: ASND, NN, COMS to a lesser extend (more like new businesses). International: Alcatel after its drop would seem ideal, Nokia would be great but pricy. Actually, Nokia would be the perfect partner for Cisco too. Any thoughts? Miguel Octavio
