Dear Mr. Levinson, I'm a small investor in Gravis who is outraged by this seemingly crimal action. There does appear to be some sort of conspiracy going on here. My holdings are now worth less than half of what I paid for them - or worse. What can we "minority stockholders" do? It seems that our stock will be taken from us at a predetermined price reguardless of what the stock and or company is worth. Is it possible to form a class action lawsuit against these criminals and block the takeover? I've lost money - why shouldn't they?
