Mike, this is happening on no volume. All the news is positive, Montgomery Securities reiterated a buy, and someone has just accumulated more than a million shares at bargain prices. It may seem like a long time to wait but wait a few weeks and you will be rewarded. The technical indicators I am now experimenting with seem to be very reliable in giving 'buy' signals (keep in mind I am a beginner at this)...on a few of the charts, the 'buy signals' translate into one or two major moves higher. The lag time is often between two weeks and one month though. Patience.
