IDTC: "Earnings Play" From Descending Triangle to Ascending Triangle 7/29/98 to 9/25/98. IDTC is a good example of a stock which went from a Descending Triangle marketgems.com and prices falling below support to plummet..to an Ascending Triangle marketgems.com from 8/30/98 to break through support upwards and surge 40%, breaking past resistance as well. Is this "Anticipatory Upswing" in face of a good earnings report on Monday or is this purely a technical recovery? Probably a little of both.. These charts will also be in "The Well-Informed Trader" section on the Market Gems Website.
