These days with Asia going down the toilet where are these engineers going to jump ship, into the ocean? Intel is laying off, Cirrus is getting out of PC market, Samsung is laying off, Hitachi closed down their fab and Twin Star, TI sold their memory to Micron, Cypress is laying off, Motorola is laying off, TSMC is laying off, Applied Materials is laying off, and etc. You still be lucky if you still have a job. I am sure there would be plenty of talented engineers looking a job after being layed off. You need to update yourself with facts man and quit talking rubbish.
