Yah, your link points to some of the key issues with gene therapy at this time. We'll see if TGEN can overcome. As far as the monkey trials go though, if you are referring to the aerosol trials for AAV-CF treatment, those went off fine. For some reason I can't get the company to tell me, they aren't releasing anything on them yet. But we know they are positive, because they already have phase I human trials lined up at the University of Washington (that comes from a Seattle Times article interviewing a UW researcher, not from the company). Things should be interesting in the short term though, because the company has promised announcement of Phase II CF trials by the end of this month. That gives them 3 trading days. We'll see how things go . . .
