Gee, I dunno Del: ever heard of The Killing Fields in Cambodia? That was a domino that fell (as well as Laos), and yes, there was a bloodbath as a result; one third of all Cambodians died as a result. Some think the war bought 10 years for Thailand and Indonesia and Malaysia to become strong enough not to be threatened when South Viet Nam finally fell. Was JFK a "commie-basher"? He sent my own father there. I didn't much like that war, and I was certainly uneasy when I was in a position to be drafted. I don't think mocking thoughtful people as "commie-bashers" really bolsters your argument. JF
