The GPGI report that they can't correlate head ore (report head ore used) against recovery is a clue. I also suspect that the company doesn't have the skills to mathematically model the process which is dynamic, not static. ** Their ignorance may require hundreds of experiments to do what a skilled statistical model based control expert could realize in just a few experiments. Time for GPGI to hire an appropriate consultant. ** GPGI is way over its head. Too bad they shot themselves in the foot with the regulatory people announcing production.
