that is but one bone of our contention.
if you are not able to margin, you are not able to short legally.
care to differ?
forget your book usage of the t-reg, there is not one broker who would in good faith allow you to do this. maybe if you went long and sold it twice, before compliance you could have sold short...
but that is something you will not be able to do, as an american, consistently or legally.
you just don't get it?
you have to be right... your bloodlust for being approved of is quite sickening.
