Morning Larry and Patrice, If we got .25 of a TWX and to use your figures 23.50 for the TV and a share of the Radio as a distribution - my guess is that we would be in the mid 40's. About the Jordan Bashing. Yes right now I am on his case for him to show some kind of leadership that pays off ie. makes money! I have been a sharreholder for about 4 years - now let us admit that when he took over WX was a mess and had no cash and a lot of debt. In the four years - with the exception of Group W he has sold every asset WX had - BTW most of the assets that were sold are now profitable for their new owners, and he bought a TV network. He did not buy Infinity Mel K tried to buy CBS radio stations - I was an Infinity shareholder. It was Mel's idea to sell to CBS - not Jordans - so now the prize jewel of our company - the radio stations were not Jordans idea at all. Jordan did buy Telenoticias - now we have sold it - he started the EYE network and that was merged because of losses. Apart from selling the assets - and changed the direction to TV which is not making any money - you tell me what he has done in four years? This guy is so in touch that two weeks before earnings are released he is off by 100%. For this company to have sold all its assets and in exchange bought about $15B of other assets to have revenues of close the $8B per annum and to show the results that we are getting is awful - and in my opinion Jordan should be fired. Does anyone have the total value of the assets sold and a total of the assets purchased? I never expected Jordan to be another Grestner but I expected some indication that he was able to manage a business - I am still waiting. John
