Topper seems to be getting some movement
i don't think that they are working their property
If you heard different please post.
One possibility is that Topper is moving because of
the action on Mango Resources, they are connected to topper
in Voisey's bay I will have to call Topper again
since the weather seems to be warming rather quickly.
