You arent answering the question would you tell the court you believe in situational lying under oath.... because what you are saying is that he should have told the court he wasnt going to tell the whole truth in a court of law and they should accept that he was going to lie...this from the highest officer in the land btw, Susan Webber Wright , the Judge in Paula Jone case is considering holding him in contempt of court for his testimony.....
