If so then why and If Not then Why not? and what exactly are the purposes of this Authorization... An EXPLANATION IS IN ORDER BEFORE THIS MEETING IS SUPPOSED TO TAKE PLACE, IF in fact this meeting is going to take place. As Far as I know there are currently 100 Mil shares Authorized at present..so we are looking at basically 50 Million New shares being Authorized and I guess they will be "preferred" shares ie for Institutional Stakes? I really am out of the loop here and Don't really know what is going on...But, as a Shareholder I surely want to Know...
