Steve. Keep right on posting the info. You are NOT doing anything wrong.

That said, a link to the relevant page on Yahoo is usually preferred to cutting and pasting the entire press release, particularly if you have little or nothing to add.

They may, however, keep the company at bay from continuing its fraudulent behavior. As I posted earlier, I still think former DIGI holders are doing better owning ALA stock.

That's interesting. Isn't the whole argument that the suing firms are making that DIGI shareholders might/would have rejected the merger had they known then what is known now? Yet you claim that that reaction would have hurt DIGI shareholders more. So where is the basis for damages?
