Yes, it's time to move on. The Constitution was written long before we had television and the Internet. Attention spans were different then. The rest of the world laughs at us. They understand privilege. The U.S. public has begun to understand the attraction of royalty. Who cares if our leaders lies to protect themselves against a $2,000,000 law suits? Of course a leader has the right to try to lead others to support what ever he wishes to say. True leaders usually find few who will admit to thinking differently. Excess in defense of privilege is no vice. We need to accept that popular leaders should be subject only to censure. While this might seem like a double standard it will be worth the sacrifice of the masses for the sake of our children.
