I would appreciate any advice from followers with significant charting and volume resources for an opinion why exac is quite now after the nice run up and the big jump and retracenment a few weeks back. I thought the stock was gaining momentum but seems quiet now. Is there any fundamental reason or a we in a lull for a small cap. Is not it true that the ups come in bunchs when an institution takes a position? Anyone anticipate a Jan. Effect rally here?
