Perhaps TWT wishes to maintain a strict focus. Owning the glaucoma patents would be a nice touch, however. Why Insite has not been snapped up yet is an excellent question. There is certainly market potential and Insite's genetic research surely has significant value. My take on the situation is that the promotion that Murphy contributed prematurely raised the market's expectations. In all likelyhood negotiations are taking place within a reasonable timeframe. What do you compare it to? Maybe Murphy is doing the stock more harm than good. It's also possible that without such a dismal August we wouldn't be sitting sub-$2. It's the variables that make investing so much fun...uh, yeah. regards, tj.
