OTQT, Thanks for the info. I can personally verify that Dell is on top. I am in process of installing a Dell server with Unix for a customer. The Unix provider did not have the proper drivers for the on-board Adaptec SCSI. I could not find relevant info on the site, BUT, I DID FIND A SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER. I called and spoke to a real person within 2 minutes. Although the support person was not familiar with Unix drivers, he had the answer within my 5 minute hold. The driver information and drivers attachments were E-mailed to me within the hour. That is what I call responsive! I give them a 4.0 even if the following link (to yours) gives them a little shorter mark. winmag.com Someone could get really spoiled with this service! I have been a Dell shareholder for quite some time, but have never had opportunity to deal with them on a professional level. RW
