Richard--

Well, let's hope they don't. But let's also not be tremendously surprised if there's a secondary lurking round the corner somewhere. If they have any sense at all they won't do it till the machines have been shipped and A LOT more orders have come in. At that point it would not necessarily be stupid to issue, say, another two or three million to raise cash for production. But it WOULD be stupid to do it unless the stock price rises to a decent level. What happens will depend, I should think, on just how desperate they are for cash, and what their other potential sources of financing are.

I'm far from convinced that they'll be able to pull this off, but it's been done: recently several of the Y2K companies--DDIM is one--did the same thing (too lazy to check which of the others did it too). First a reverse split, then a secondary. Did them no harm at all, and in the long run won't do FRYA any harm either, IF they can convince the market that they have a viable product that they will be able to ship in sufficient numbers in the relatively near future.

Fingers crossed.

Janice
