Modified Gaps

In terms of Modified Gaps, we only care about what yesterday's close was, not the high or low. All plays are made off the data for that morning. Wheter the 50% or 75% is used really depends on the volume and number of trades moving the stock. In faster markets, using 50% is safe if you can follwo the tick. In slower markets, or if you are away from the screen frequently, uyse 75%. And yes, this has been a good gap market.
